Being productive is not fitting more into every hour. It is deciding what deserves your attention before the week decides for you.

Choose a short list

Write down everything competing for attention, then circle the three outcomes that would make the week feel worthwhile. Put those on the calendar before filling the gaps.

Make the next action obvious

“Work on the project” is vague. “Draft the opening section for 25 minutes” is actionable. Break important work into the next visible step, and stop while the plan still feels manageable.

Review without judgment

At week’s end, note what moved, what stalled, and what can be removed. A review is for learning, not self-criticism. Use the Weekly Reset to make this a repeatable ritual.
